The opportunity is open to fresh graduates across India for a training period of 12 months with a monthly stipend of ₹9,000.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21–30 years as on 01.06.2025 (age relaxation applicable as per govt. rules)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university on or after 01.04.2021
- Other Conditions: Must be a fresher; should not have undergone apprenticeship before
Selection Process
- Online Written Test (Objective Type):
- General/Financial Awareness – 25 marks
- General English – 25 marks
- Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 marks
- Computer Knowledge – 25 marks
- Regional Language Test: Must be proficient in reading/writing/speaking local language of the applied state

- Post-registration, pay the examination fee as instructed via email
Additional Notes
- Apprentices are not considered employees of NIACL
- No job guarantee after apprenticeship
- Leave: 1 day/month; can carry forward but limited to 4 days at a time
- Final selection based on online test, language proficiency, and document/medical verification
