The Supreme Court of India invites online applications for the engagement of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on a short-term contractual basis for the term 2025–2026. A total of approximately 90 candidates will be selected, with a consolidated remuneration of ₹80,000 per month. The assignment is purely contractual and does not confer any claim for regular appointment.

2. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Law Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Law, including Integrated Degree Course) from a recognized institution.
 - Final-year students of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the Three-Year Law Course may apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring the qualification before joining.
 - Proficiency in legal research, writing skills, and computer knowledge (retrieval from legal databases such as SCC Online, LexisNexis, etc.) is required.
 
 - Age Limit: 20–32 years as of 7th February 2025.
 
3. Selection Process
- Part I: Multiple-choice questions to assess legal knowledge and comprehension skills.
 - Part II: Subjective written examination focusing on writing and analytical skills.
 - Part III: Interview.
 - Examinations will be conducted in 23 cities across India.
 
4. Remuneration
- Consolidated remuneration of ₹80,000 per month.
 
5. Application Fee
- ₹500 + applicable bank charges (payable online via the UCO Bank payment gateway).
